Scott Riggs Quotes: “Unfortunately we had a bad race at Michigan last week and fell outside the Top-35 in owner points heading to Infineon Raceway. We decided it would be best to allow Max Papis to carry the No. 66 this weekend because he is a more experienced road racer and offers the best chance to get us back into the Top-35. It’s “big picture” racing and I’m absolutely fine with it. The guaranteed starting position is the most important thing for our team. The No. 70 team is going to give it all we have. No one is giving up. Obviously, the best situation would be for both cars to quality and race well. That’s always the goal.”
